Employee Assistance Programs

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are implemented in many organizations and companies for the benefit of their employees. These programs are at no cost to the employee and include services such as short-term counseling, referrals, psychological assessments and more for employees who need help dealing with personal and/or work-related issues.

When using Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), our designated providers work with you to identify the contributing factors to your personal and/or work-related issues, develop a treatment plan to address these issues, and in some cases we connect you with appropriate resources in the community.

Contact your company to find out if you have access to these free services and would like to start utilizing them.
