MesoGold is 0.9999 pure gold in colloidal form.

Mesogold is an all natural mineral supplement manufactured by a proprietary process which starts with .9999 pure gold and produces very small gold particles which are just several times the diameter of the gold atoms themselves. These particles remain suspended in pure water. Our product is a true colloidal gold because the gold content is contained entirely in the particles. There are no gold ions in Mesogold.

Many products claiming to be colloidal gold are actually ionic gold which is not the same. In an ionic gold solution the gold content is contained in gold ions, not in gold particles. Ionic gold is actually neurotoxic meaning it is toxic to nerve cells. Ionic gold is easy to visually identify because it is clear liquid and looks like water. If it isn’t ruby red it is not the highest quality colloidal gold.

Colloid vs. ionic

Colloidal gold is nanoparticles of pure gold suspended in pure water. The gold nanoparticles in Mesogold are a few nanometers in diameter (a nanometer is a billionth of meter). These particles are so small they can only be seen by the most powerful electron microscopes available today. An atom of gold is about 0.288 nanometers in diameter, so the gold nanoparticles in Mesogold are only about eleven times the diameter of a single gold atom. These particles stay suspended in pure deionized water and do not fall to the bottom. It is these suspended particles that make Mesogold a true colloid.

Ionic gold is what some producers call their non-colloidal gold supplements. Ionic gold is a gold salt that is dissolved in water. Products labeled as ionic gold are really gold chloride, also called Chlorauric acid, a water soluble gold salt. The reason you don’t see gold chloride on the label or mentioned in the ads is because gold chloride is known to be potentially toxic to humans. Gold chloride has been known to cause Peripheral Neuropathy.

You should not use this product if you are allergic to gold!

Allergic reactions to gold, while not unheard of, are uncommon. Someone having an allergic reaction to gold would not be able to handle a metallic gold object such as gold jewelry without causing an allergic reaction. Those who are uncertain if they are allergic to gold should apply a few drops to the back of the hand to see if an allergic reaction results. If you do not see a reaction within 30 minutes you can be fairly certain that you are not allergic to gold.

Scientific Advancement

Mesogold brand colloidal gold is the result of thousands of hours of research and development conducted at the Colloidal Science Laboratory, Inc. (CSL) over a period of several years. Purest Colloids, Inc. is the exclusive worldwide producer of MesoGold. The resulting product, with a particle surface area many times greater than other products of this type, provides more usable gold to the body.

Effectiveness

Most products advertised as being colloidal gold are produced using an electrolysis process that produces gold particles that are typically 70 – 120 nanometers (nm) in diameter. These particles are very large compared to the nanoparticles in Mesogold. The much smaller size of the gold nanoparticles in Mesogold produce a much higher particle surface area than other brands. It is the particle surface area which determines the effectiveness of a colloid.

Mesogold is 0.9999 pure gold rendered into nanometer sized particles suspended in pure deionized water. This combination is called a colloidal gold. To be called a colloid, the metal must be in the form of metallic particles. Mesogold consists of some of the smallest gold nanoparticles. It is the exceptionally small size of the particles combined with the relatively high concentration of particles that produces a gold colloid with a very high particle surface area. In the world of chemistry, surface area determines how effectively a substance will react with its environment. It is the high surface area of the gold particles which allows the gold to interact effectively inside the human body. Colloidal gold is totally non-toxic to humans. MesoGold is tasteless – like water.

Dosage

Mesogold should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach 15-20 minutes before eating for maximum absorption.

The nominal adult dosage for Mesogold is one tablespoon (15mL) daily but optimum dosage must be determined for each individual. Most adults will find their optimum dosage will be between 1 and 4 tablespoons. Some power users take 6 to 8 tablespoons daily. To find your optimum dosage, start with two tablespoons daily for one week, then double to 4 tablespoons for one week. Then cut back one tablespoon at a time and try the new dosage for one week to find what dosage suits your individual requirements. For children start with a dosage of one teaspoon (5 mL) for each 70 pounds of body weight and determine the optimum dosage by doubling the dosage after one week. Individual requirements will vary so actual dosage must be determined by trial and error. A large dosage is not harmful.

A 500 mL bottle will provide:

• a three month’s supply when used at a dosage of one teaspoon per day.
• a one month supply when used at a dosage of one tablespoon per day.
• a two week supply when used at a dosage of two tablespoons per day.

Color

Mesogold is a clear ruby red colored liquid.  There is no noticeable turbidity (cloudiness). The color appears to change somewhat from light ruby red to dark ruby red to purple with increasing concentration of the gold present. At 20 ppm, the gold concentration of Mesogold, the color is ruby red.
